چکیده
در چند سال اخیر بحث اقتصاد مقاومتی، برای مقابله با فشارها و تهدیدهای اقتصادی جبهه استکبار جهانی، از سوی مقام معظم رهبری به ادبیات اقتصادی کشور وارد شده است. هدف از این موضوع، دستیابی به رشد اقتصادی درونزا، باثبات و پایدار میباشد. دستیابی به چنین رشدی مستلزم ساختارهایی است که یکی از آنها شکلگیری و توسعه شرکتهای سرمایهگذاری خطرپذیر میباشد. سرمایهگذاری خطرپذیر نقش اساس در تامین مالی شرکتهای نوپا ایفا مینماید و شرکتهای نوپا یکی از پیشرانهای اصلی اقتصاد مقاومتی هستند. یکی از موانع گسترش فعالیتهای شرکتهای سرمایهگذاری خطرپذیر، مشخص نبودن مدل ارزیابی ریسک این نوع از فعالیتهاست. در این تحقیق با بررسی ادبیات تحقیق و همچنین تشکیل کمیته ۱۲ نفره از خبرگان دانشگاهی و تجربی (تا حد اشباع نظری)، عوامل مربوطه شناسایی شد و سپس با استفاده از روش مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری روابط بین عوامل موثر واکاوی گردید. نتیجه تحقیق نشان داد که ۱۰ عامل در سه سطح مختلف در ارزیابی ریسک سرمایهگذاری خطرپذیر ارتباط دارند و شرایط اقتصاد مقاومتی موجب افزایش نرخ بازده، افزایش نقدینگی و افزایش حجم سرمایهگذاری خواهد گردید.
